Details

Evon Vorhalas was the son Count Vorhalas.

When his brother Carl was executed by Aral Vorkosigan's government, Evon developed a passionate hatred for Vorkosigan.

This hatred culminated in him perpetrating an assassination attempt on Aral Vorkosigan, as part of Vidal Vordarian's coup attempt, using a soltoxin gas grenade.

The assassination failed, but did damage the unborn Miles Vorkosigan. Evon was captured before he could escape by Lady Vorkosigan's bodyguard Droushnakovi.

Imprisoned, Evon was freed by Vordarian's people during the fighting.

Evon Vorhalas was shot in the back by his own troops when he refused to surrender to Aral Vorkosigan's forces after the death of Count Vordarian.
