I especially want to thanks Lois for encouraging my work on this site and for her friendly comments. I also want to thank her for pointing out two rather embarrassing mistakes, which I corrected before presenting this site to the public.

For those that are wondering what on Barrayar this site is supposed to be, the answer is simple. It is a site dedicated to the Miles Vorkosigan universe created by multiple award winning author Lois McMaster Bujold.

The stories she has written are some of the best science fiction I have ever read (and I read a lot!), her characters are captivating and her prose immensely enjoyable.
